Market: Strong and widespread demand. Nilgiri whole leaf irregular and select best sold at higher prices. Brokens dearer by Rs.5/- to Rs.10/- and sometimes more. Nilgiri fannings barely steady to tending easier. Teas from other origins were a strong feature and moved up by Rs.8/- to Rs.10/- and sometimes more. Medium fannings were higher. |

Buying Pattern Better export enquiry was forthcoming from CIS, Iraq and Tunisia buyers. Fannings were absorbed by Tea Bag shippers along with upcountry buyers. |
