  Consultancy

  One of the Indian Tea Consultants appointed for drawing up tea projects in
      non-traditional areas under the new tea unit financing scheme.
  Surveyed the tea industry in Himachal Pradesh, in Northern India on behalf of
      Indo German Dhauladhar Project.
  Preparation of Rehabilitation plans for two Uganda Tea Estates.
  Provided services to monitor the project execution.
  Technical & Economic viability reports on various tea estates in India to
      commercial banks.

  Engineering

  Completed a project for Uganda Tea Corporation, financed by International
      Finance Corporation and Uganda Development Bank.
  Preparation of overall plant layout, general Engineering Design and drawing
      performance specifications for a new tea factory in Uganda.
  Design, Supply and Commissioning of machinery for a new CTC factory for
      P.T.S.M.A.R.T Corporation, Indonesia. And a second factory thereafter.

  Interface

  Blending and Packaging operations on behalf of Hindustan Lever Limited, India.
  Appointed by a major U.K chain of stores and mail order group to provide
      infrastructural support in India for direct sourcing and retail operations.
